Hypnofy is a wellness product for adults, designed to support relaxation and self-improvement. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or mental health condition. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling or medical care, and its content is not medical advice.

Hypnofy cofounder Maria Corazon Del Mundo, M.D., is a psychiatrist licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission of the Philippines, and is licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines only. She holds the Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHt) credential from the Hypnotherapy Training Institute in Corte Madera, California, which is a professional certification, not a license to practice medicine or psychotherapy. She does not provide medical, psychiatric or therapy services through Hypnofy, and using Hypnofy does not create a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship with her or anyone else at Hypnofy. Sessions are generated automatically for each person, and no clinician reviews individual sessions.

Never listen while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy or seizures, psychosis or a dissociative disorder, or are in active psychiatric care, consult your clinician before using hypnosis. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number or see our crisis lines.

AI-generated content

Hypnofy uses artificial intelligence to write each session from what you share, and synthetic voices to read it. Scripts pass automated safety and quality checks, but generated content can still be imperfect. Narrator voices are synthetic and do not belong to or imitate any real person.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, Face ID, Sign in with Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the US and other countries. Other names are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here doesn't imply endorsement.
